Concrete Morning

Currently listening to Theatre of Tragedy...

On the road to Memphis today...
Then, it's off to Miami by sky from there....
The concrete gray has blanketed the clouds as we drive through the mist of rain on the ground being kicked up by the different vehicles on the highway. I think I'm enjoying the drive more than I will the actual cruise I'm about to be on. Puerto Rico is the destination of choice this time around. A new and foreign place to me, so I have a level of anticipation about it. I'm afraid there will be no news from me once I'm at sea until I come back.

Misty roads of solemn gray, guide us to the place...
Where the sea meets the land in silent embrace...

I hope to have some new photography or poetry when I return. I'll try to keep a journal of the trip on my myspace blog.
